激ジョブにつき人民食堂でさっさと食べる。せめて野菜の多いものにしよう、と五目そば（つまりタンメン）をいただく。今日はもやしが少なめでちょっと悲しい。

昼の電話当番につき、奥ちゃんに弁当を作って頂く。開けてみると、鶏のキジ焼き丼弁当〜♪ 大好物〜♪ 味噌汁を添えて頂く。ジューシーな鶏肉に、たれの染みたごはん、うまうま♪ 奥ちゃん、今日もありがとー。

勝浦で買ってきたカマスの一夜干しで朝ごはん。ちょっと塩気が強めで、身がふくふく。実にごはんに合うおかずである。うまうまー♪

Today I was hard at my job, so I went to people's diner to have quick meal. At least I wanted to have some vegetable, so I chose vegetable ra-men (means tan-men). I felt a little bit sad because it has less bean sprout than usual.

Today I was in charge of telephone call at lunchtime, so I asked Okuchan to make a lunch box. When I opened it, it was grilled chicken lunch box. Succulent chicken and juiced rice was deli-deli :-) Thank you for making it also today, Okuch…

Toay's breakfast was overnight dried peto bought at Katsuura. It a little bit salty, but it was plump and good for rice. Deli-deli :-)
