Marlin Bowl

Today's dinner was my favorite, marlin bowl with honey and butter sauce. We had it with Yebisu beer. For the appetizer, Okuchan serverd a boiled & cooked guts that she bought at a certain delicious meat shop.
As a little bet sweet guts, guts itself was surely tasty, but I thought my cooking with homemade miso-taste seasoning was better than this miso taste. It was almost time to make miso paste for one-pot dish on the table!
Needless to say, marlin bowl was really deli-deli! :-)
