BBQ :-)

As we had US beef for BBQ bought at Costco, today's dinner was BBQ. As inspired by しちりん, we made oil-grilled garlic by about 10cm diameter small skillet to put garlic and margarine in it*1. And we also inspired by 牛角, we made "addicted salty cabbage" on their menu.
We gave up having eggplants because it was so expensive, but prepared Tarunama and some vegetables such as green onion, onion, pumpkin, carrot. Thick sliced US beef was deli-deli :-) Well fried garlic was deli-deli :-) Well inside-melting green onion was deli-deli :-)
At last, we cooked garlic rice. I put huge amount of sliced garlic and butter, and sauteed rice with extract left on the hot plate. It was rich enough that Okuchan described this garlic rice as "If 瀬里奈 serves this garlic rice, the customer must be angry!"
We had roasted tea after dinner. It was really deli-deli :-)

*1:Of course we cooked fried egg by left oil.
