All-Night-Long Pot Cooking

Before year-end soba, we decided to drink with having something light; we had all-night-long pot cooking. As attendants of sake was lacking, we also prepared minced fatty tuna, and sliced boiled pork. For drinking sake, we drank 真澄 that my friend gave us for souvenir. It has rich taste and was smooth sake; really deli-deli :-) I didn't forecast but it was really good with sesame sauce of pot-cooking.
