Coffee Shochu

It is season of plum wine, and stuff to make plum wine is sold at here and there. I see that, and I remind that coffee shochu I drank somewhere was so tasty; I try to make it. I send an e-mail to Mrs. Mitchy to ask how to make it. I prepare it by using a 720ml bottle of 黒霧島 that I have kept at home for a long time; it will be ready after 2 weeks, according to Mrs. Mitchy. It is as a test, and I try again to change coffee beans or shochu if it is tasty.
It is memorandum; it might be good if I make it from black sugar shochu 喜界島.
