Hitsumabushi

As I bought grilled eel on sale, today's dinner is hitsumabushi. Okuchan energetically prepares the soup for putting on. Good job! Sides are boiled been tendon (this is the last one), leaf salad, bean curd marinated asparagas, etc. Attendant drink is Braumeister.
I put green onion on the rice from the beginning unconsciously, and I point out not to do so by myself. Of course I also enjoy it with grated wasabi after putting soup on it. Deli-deli :-)
