Tuesday's Bodypump

I go to gym and attend bodypump master-class as Tuesday's usual. It is the second week from my return, I set my burden as usual from today.
Today's song is also mix. The list is as below:

It also is wonderful but hard collection (especially at squat, lunge, and shoulder track). On the other hand, these are very exciting songs that also are good for singing; the selection makes me look the interest of Muscle Monster-A at a glance. I sing at all as usual; such as "Don't Cry! For Me!", "Funk It Up!", "Fighter!" So fun!
Even so, it is still so hard. I have to clench my jaw at seven dead-row specialty at Heaven, I have greasy sweat when 2-2 or 3-1 are repeated several times at arm curl, there are 2 times of bottom halves at the same leg before and after the rest at lunge, and the shoulder track is like a front raise & shoulder press festival! I mush have muscle ache tomorrow.
