西京漬け

We are lazy enough today for not cooking proper dinner, so we decide to drink with preparing something we've already cooked. At first we grill 西京漬け of Spanish mackerel (we use the ace in the whole from the beginning!), sauteed salty pork & maitake mushroom, vegetables & dips (mayonnaise, miso, bagna cauda sauce), soy sauce cooked launce, and soy sauce cooked kelp, etc.
At first we drink beer (Black Label & Kirin the Gold), and move on to 黒瀬; I drink with Okuchan who start drinking it in advance as on the rock.
Anyway, 西京漬け is so tasty! I don't expect that cheap Spanish mackerel bought at supermarket gets to be so tasty! We will have several times with excuse as until the miso-base is safe.
