Beef Tendon & Green Onion Spaghetti

Today's dinner is long-awaited beef tendon & green onion spaghetti. I ask Okuchan to boil a pan of water, come back home and cook it. Sauce is cooked from fried garlic by olive oil, and soy sauce & sweet rice wine boiled, rich taste beef tendon. I mix freshly boiled spaghetti with this sauce and put plenty of green onion and flavored chili pepper. Attendant drink is Braumeister.
Softly melting beef tendon and the spaghetti mixed with the sauce with plenty of collagen are deli-deli :-)
