Tuesday's Bodypump and Bodycombat
I went to gym and attended the bodypump master-class and bodycombat short-class as Tuesday's usual. My new shoes for gym debuted today. Even I felt there were a little bit gap at my heel when I wore this shoes at ABC MART, they fitted my feet now. Sole was a little bit hard, but (I expected that) it might be softer while using.
I said to Mr.Tap, "Don't strain to come to the morning class", but he came because he planned to join Bodypump class at BTS tour. I envied his youth!
Bodypump Master-class
I requested Muscle Monster-A to play "Do It" today. I expected how he would struct till the shoulder track, and the songs were mix as below:

- Ready To Go(BP43-2)
- Push It (Again)(BP47-3)
- Heaven(BP44-4)
- Funk It Up(BP49-5)
- Eye Of The Tiger(BP42-6)
- Silence(BP41-7)

- Knockin' On Heaven's Door(BP39-10)
Well...
I surely expected the hell-hard shoulder track, but I still did not expect the other hard tracks such as bench press without rest until 3/4 of the song, seven dead row, triceps push-ups, arm curl that move were almost all 2-2s and 3-1s! Hey, Muscle Monster-A; who was playing lunge tracks with the 3Ls burden?!
Speaking of "Do It", I didn't remember the choreography very well*1, and it was so hard. After the 2 sets of push-ups, upright row and shoulder press, Muscle Monster-A said "Now it enters your key stage!" It was amazing that front raise appeared here!
I enjoyed the class but exhausted. Mr.Tap went to work here; let's enjoy together at the tour!
Bodycombat Short-Class
Today it was mix of new and old songs as below:
- (I Just) Died In Your Arms(BC18-1)
- Maniac 2002(BC19-6)
- Don't Stop(BC18-7)
- If Ya Getting Down(BC10-8)
- Purple Rain(BC15-10)
I was happy that every songs were my favorite! :-) At the track of "If Ya Getting Down", of course I screamed "Haaaaa!", but attendants seemed not to enjoy and they didn't say anything.
Even choice of songs was happy, but it was pity that class attendants were not enthusiastic. ;-(
