Tuesday's Bodypump and Bodycombat

I went gym and attended bodypump master-class and bodycombat short-class as Tuesday's usual. I took a rest whole last week because of food poisoning, and it was sad that I attended bodypump class once in two weeks in these days. Next week would also be the scheduled closure day; I had to attend bodypump class after two weeks again!

Bodypump Master-Class

Today it was farewell BP59. It would be the new song after the closure day; I looked forward to doing that!
During the warm up track, I almost got cramp in my left leg; I set a bit lighter burden than usual at back and lunge track.
BP59 after a long time was, well, so hard than I expected, wasn't it? However squat with staccato or back with seven dead rows and rest was fun, It was too hard after the minor muscle tracks such as French press with bottom half or arm curls with no single & many half moves, etc. I've almost given up!
I really felt ease I set lighter burden, and finished the class. Sigh.

Bodycombat Short-Class

The bodycombat short-class at this period of time would be end due to the schedule change. Muscle Monster-A seemed to be a little bit sorry and said "This is the last class at this period of time." Well, I would make effort to be energetic class today! *1
The song list was as below:

  • Sometimes(BC15-1)
  • Smooth Criminal(BC14-2)
  • Shake(BC15-7)
  • Loaded(BC11-8)
  • I'd Do Anything For Love(BC7-10)

This selection seemed to be Muscle Monster-A's favorite. Of course I screamed and move energetically as usual; but my stamina ran out during Muay Thai track. Even so I could move more when I heard the introduction of the last power track "Loaded"; I was so selfish!
I moved a little bit harder than usual, screamed a little bit louder than usual, and felt a little bit sorry. Anyway, I still could meet Muscle Monster-A next week; we also had the bodypump class.
