Tuesday's Bodypump

I go to gym and attend bodypump master-class as Tuesday's usual. I still have muscle ache caused by the classes at the day before yesterday, so today's class may be effective.

Bodypump Master-Class

Today's release is BP59 through. I wonder when was the last time I've taken this lesson; actually it is after farewell BP59 in November.I completely forget because I don't take this class not so many times, but start setting my weight.
Even set weight is almost as usual, bodypump class with having muscle ache is so effective. Especially I took bodyattack class and train my legs so hard this time, I have a lot of greasy sweat just after the squat track. I can't do "the deepest squat in the studio" of my principal at all! In the case of triceps track, I also cannot hold the front side of spindle! Even I am in such a terrible situation, my back muscle is safe; is this because I am an archer?

Today I swim very easily around 300m*1 as cool down, and jump into jacuzzi. This is life!
