Friday's Bodycombat & Bodystep

I go to gym and attend bodycombat master-class and bodystep short-class as Friday's usual. I wonder I should go or not, but this is my weekly duty.

Bodycombat Master-Class

Today's release also is brand-new BC31. This is my second time to do through this release, so I can do it well in good time. At 4th track, I don't miss which leg should be raised when the combination from evasive side kick to jump kick, or I finally can do the optional move at Muay Thai track; jump to the side with raising the fist when switch the front leg & the song says "We Rock!"
Anyway, how can we treat the 5th track? E-chan tries too hard to follow up as "It is simple move, but it still is good in rare cases!"; finally attendants have a bitter smile.
Today I finish muscle conditioning without putting my knees on the floor. Good job, Kababa!

Bodystep Short-Class

I have been exhausted after the bodycombat class and I wonder I should attend the bodystep class or not; finally I remember that the new songs will be released from today, and attend the class.
As a result, today's tracks are BS67-1 to 7. My impression is that it is not so hard even the songs are very fun. Even so, my today's move is so dull and Ms.A pointed me put as "You've been tired from the beginning!" No way. I will run in top gear next week!
