RAVE at Tokyo
I go to the event of bodyattack and bodycombat held at headquarter of Konami Sports; RAVE at Tokyo. Unfortunately no friends from はてな筋肉痛同盟 can attend today, but I still decide to go and do the hard exercise. My colleague Ms.Y (also Konami member) says "If you have such event in the evening, you usually don't go to gym in the morning."; yes, you're right. But I have to attend E-chan's class! (Why?)
And, that E-chan comes for reception. Cute!
Bodyattack
Finally around 20 instructors gather from several branches in Tokyo, and show their performance. I am glad even Ms. Mitadera comes! I pick up the number ticket and it is No.50. It's not so bad.
The song list cannot be shown; I don't know the songs at all. (I have to ask Mr.M later...) But the construction is very fun! The songs are played until 9th track ordinarily, and the additional 2 songs of power track are played in a raw. After the abdominal training, instructors on the stage fuel the attendants as "You want one more?!", and played 1 more power track.
It is so bad condition that it is end of fiscal year and starts from 7pm, there comes 150 or more attendants! And attackers seem to be so fun to do the hard exercise!
Bodycombat
After the bodyattack class, I go to reception (E-chan) again and pick the number ticket for bodycombat. This is No.14. Oh, I have a good luck!
In the bodycombat class, there come 22 instructors! The songs are as below:

4 Muay Thai tracks... and 3 power tracks after that... Do you want to kill us?!
After the "Tempo" track, the introduction of "So What?" is played. I think "Oh, it's Muay Thai track again!", but the instructors on the stage appeal to stop the music. I wonder why, but soon I know the reason. They call Mr. Shirato at the stand. Speaking of the Mr. Shirato, he plays a stupid one-man play as he is working, with using glasses, calculator and glasses; but finally he comes on the stage and cues "We Rock". Even he wares suits, he wears NIKE shoes!
Anyway, there come 261 attendants... There are lots of bodycombat crazy lovers!
When the all class is finished, I sweat so much that the sweat drops down from my bandana. It might be too much to attend 270 minutes in one day!
